So you want to change your property? Here are the steps for approval:

Step 1:  Review desired plan/changes to the specifications outlined Reserve at Brookside Covenants and Guidelines. Step 2: Establish drawing plan/changes for submission to Architectual Review Lead (ARL).
Submit drawing to ARL, Scott Stumpfl, 25 Timbermill Dr., 937-886-9362, scottybuckeye@zoomtown.com
- Drawing should include (Minimum):
1. Diagram of plans in relationship to plot plan
Note: (if you are not the original home owner, you can obtain a copy on the Warren County Auditors Website or go to the City of Springboro Engineering department.
2. List of materials, to include height, type (i.e. wood fence), color, etc.
3. Expected date of completion.
Step 3: Before you start the project please be sure you have written approval from the Architectuial Review Committee.
Step 4: You may also be required to submit a copy of plans to City of Springboro Engineering Dept for digging permit.
Step 5: Call 1-800-362-2764 before you dig (i.e. Fence, patio, deck, etc).
Step 6: Please perform annual maintenance of property changes to ensure compliance with Covenants and Guidelines.
